In a recent study, it is shown that IBS occurs mostly in the teenage years up to the early adulthood stage. With no further identified cause, it is also concluded that the bowel disorders like the “I can’t poop” syndrome happen twice as much to women compared to men. Most commonly, when people suddenly can’t poop or have a loose irritable bowel they would think of what they have eaten earlier. It is true that there are some types of foods that can trigger the digestive and bowel disorders but as the doctors say, there is still no found cause and cure to the problem.
Many books want to disprove this claim. They believe that IBS can be avoided and cured by following simple lifestyle change. Base on the foods that a person takes in his daily diet, IBS can be triggered. Thus, there is the occurrence of abdominal cramps, bloating, constipation or even diarrhea. An irritable intestine means that there is an irritable bowel disorder. And this is coined to what experts call as IBS. People have the notion that it is a serious disease that can possibly lead to cancer since it is also considered as a colon syndrome. Well the fact is it is not a disease. It is simply a bowel disorder that can lead to “I can’t poop” problem or loose bowel conditions.
To identify whether a person is suffering from an irritable bowel disease, physicians conduct a diagnostic test like stool test, blood test or colonoscopy. Through this they can identify if the symptoms are caused by a poor diet, a reactive stomach or a bacterial infection in the gastrointestinal tract.
Foods may trigger the irritable bowel movement but you cannot just pinpoint which foods are those. You have to consult a physician and wait for any recommendations before even taking any medicines to stop “I can’t poop” disorder or loose poop problems.
